Beekeeping has a long tradition in Ukraine and there are more beekeepers here, with more hives, than anywhere else in Europe. Beekeepers travel the country with their hives starting with sage honey around Odessa then trekking up to the Northern forests to gather honeydew in late summer. For every jar of honey sold we are making a donation to Bees for Development's fund for rebuilding the Ukrainian bee farms damaged in the war.
