Pack Your Items
Securely place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all VITAMINS garment tags and protective seals are intact.
Label and Ship
Print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, attach it to your package, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.
Receive Your Refund
Once our quality control team inspects your return, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
